摘要
本文基于问卷调查,考察了质量安全保障体系对农户安全农产品生产行为的影响。调查研究表明,虽然质量安全保障体系对农户安全农产品生产行为产生了一定影响,但其功能尚未充分发挥。农户需要政府部门加强实用技术的推广和安全农产品价格调控,不断推出有利于实施与操作的相关制度的配套措施,做好安全生产培训和技术推广工作。
Based on the questionnaire survey,effects of quality security system on farmers’ agroproducts producing behaviors were investigated. The results showed that there were some effects of the system on farmers’ behaviors but that hadn’t been called into fullplay. The practical technologies promotion should be enhanced and the price of agro-products should be adjusted and controlled. The corresponding countermeasures should be made and the safe production training and technology popularization should also be strengthened.
