摘要
[目的]探讨早期康复结合高压氧（HBO）治疗脑梗死的临床疗效.[方法]将130例脑梗死患者按是否行早期康复治疗分为两组. 对照组50例给予药物常规治疗、HBO治疗,针灸和理疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行早期康复治疗.[结果]观察组显效率91.3%,对照组为62.0%,两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）,神经功能缺损评分观察组较对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）.[结论]早期康复结合HBO治疗脑梗死可提高疗效,恢复功能.
[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygenation（HBO） for the treatment of cerebral infarction. [Methods] One hundred and thirty patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. The control group（ n= 50） were treated with routine drugs, HBO, acupuncture and physical therapy. The observation group（ n =80） were treated with the control group ＇s treatment and early rehabilitation. [Results] The basic cure and excellent rate of the observation group was 91.3% which was s higher than that of the control group（62.0%）, and there was significant difference（ P〈 0.05）. The score of neurologic impairment in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Early rehabilitation combined with HBO can increase the curative effect in patients with cerebral infarction.
