摘要
目的:探讨人群亚健康状态与心电图的关系。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2009年1月间进行体检的自主创新型高科技企业职工5026名的心电图资料,并对所有体检人员采用问卷调查方式进行亚健康状况测定,并选取同期进行体检的非自主创新型高科技企业职工4982名的心电图资料,进行研究比对。结果:观察组5026名体检者中心电图异常者2574名,占51.2%;其中男2377名,占47.2%,女197名,占4.0%。根据问卷调查结果显示,本组5026名体检者中属于亚健康状态者2743名,占54.5%;其中男1478名,占53.9%,女1265名,占46.1%。通过两组数据的对比,心电图异常表现与亚健康状态符合率分别为:男75.7%,女69.4%。对照组4982名体检者中心电图异常者132名,占2.6%;其中男114名,占86.3%,女18名,占13.7%。通过两组数据的对比,对照组心电图异常表现与亚健康状态符合率分别为:男14.7%,女9.4%。两组数据对比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:心电图表现可以较为敏感的反映人的亚健康状态,对于进行科技研究工作的高压力人群尤其明显。
Objective：To explore the sub-health state of people＇s relationship with the electrocardiogram.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2008-January 2009 between the independent medical examination of innovative high-tech enterprise workers 5 026 of ECG data.and all the medical staff questionnaire survey conducted by determination of sub-health status, and select Over the same period the medical examination of non-autonomous innovative high-tech enterprise workers 4 982 of ECG data,research comparison.Results：5 026 subjects were in the group with abnormal ECG 2 574,accounting for 51.2%;in which men and 2 377,accounting for 47,2%,female 197,accounting for 4.0%.According to survey results show that this group of 5 026 subjects were in the sub-health status of persons belonging to 2 743,accounting for 54.5%;in which men and 1478,accounting for 53.9%.femalel 265,accounting for 46.1%.Through comparison of two sets of data.ECG abnormalities consistent with the sub-health state were：male 75.7%,female 69.4%.Control group,4 982 subjects were 132 abnormal electrocardiogram,accounting for 2.6%;in which 114 men,accounting for 86.3%,female 18,13.7%.Two sets of data by comparing the performance of the control group and sub-health state of ECG abnormalities were found：male 14.7%,female 9.4%. Comparison of two sets of data significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The ECG can be more sensitive to reflect the performance of human sub-health state of scientific and technical research for high-pressure groups in particular.
