摘要
目的:分析护理人员亚健康状况及与职业兴趣的相关性,探讨管理对策。方法:采用亚健康状态自评表(SRSHS),对2所三甲医院整群抽取780名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:护理人员亚健康状态发生率为59.5%;职业兴趣与护士亚健康状态发生情况成负相关(<0.01);职业兴趣越高,发生亚健康的危险性越低。结论:三甲医院护理人员亚健康状态发生率高;职业兴趣对护士健康状况影响较大。管理者应采取切实可行的措施提高护士的职业兴趣,维护护士的身心健康,以提高护理工作效率和质量。
Objective： To analyze the correlation of sub-health status of nurses and their career interests,and discuss the management measures.Methods： We used the cross-sectional study and took the《Self-Ratings of sub-health state》（SRSHS）as the investigation tools,selected the Union Hospital and Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the survey Base.780 nurses were chosen to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results： In our investigation,the incidence of sub-health status of nurses was 59.5%.There was a negative correlation between the career interest and sub-health status of nurses（P0.01）.The higher vocational interest,the lower the risk of sub-health occurrence.Conclusion： The incidence of sub-health status of nurses in this two hospitals was higher.The career interest had a great impact on the sub-health status of nurses.Managers should take practical measures to enhance the vocational interests of nurses,and maintain their physical and mental health,to increase the quality and efficiency of the nursing staff.
