摘要
三七叶总甙(Totalsaponinesof Leaf of paflaxnotoginseng,pNLTS)0.5~1mg/L抑制异丙肾上腺素加快豚鼠右心房自发频率的作用,能使量效反应曲线右移。pNLTS1mg/L也能抑制大鼠主动脉螺旋来由高K+去极化和去甲肾上腺素30nmol/L诱发收缩张力增加的作用。pNLTSImg/L与哌克昔林37.5umol/L作用相似,都有拮抗作用,能拮抗受体控制性钙通道(ROC)和电位依赖性钙通道(PDC),并证明PNLTS与派克昔林对内Ca2+,释放和外Ca2+内流诱发主动脉螺旋条的收缩都有抑制作用。
Total saponins of leaf of panax notoginseng (PNLTSj 0.5 and lmg/L inhibited thespeedup effect of isoprenaline on spontaneous beating in the isolated guinea pig atria; the dose-effectrelationship shifted to the right and the maximum effect was inhibited.PNLTS 1mg/L had an inhibitory effect on the contractile force of the aortip strips induced by KCI60mmol/L and nomdrenaline 30runol/L . It implied that the mode of action of PNLTS 1mg/L on aorticstrips was to block the receptor-operated calcium channel and potential-dependent calcium channel .In Ca2+ free Kreb's solution , PNLTS 1mg/L and perhexiline 37.5Pmol/L depressed the contractileforee aortic of the rat isolated aortic strips induced by noradreanaline 30nmol/L and calcium 2.25mmol/L. The results suggested that PNL TS and perhexiline not only inhibited the release of ihtmcellularCa2+ but also blocked the influx of extraellular Ca2+.
