摘要
采用新生大鼠胰岛离体培养方法,观察了五肽胃泌素(G-5)对IL-1B致胰岛B细胞分泌抑制的影响。结果表明:(1)IL-1B能剂量依赖性抑制B细胞的分泌功能;(2)G-5能对抗IL-1B对B细胞功能的抑制,与单纯IL-1B作用组相比,加用G-5能使葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌量明显增加:(3)向IL-1B作用后的胰岛治疗性地给予G-5.能使抑制的B细胞功能得到部分恢复,作用呈时间和剂量依赖性。
The effect of pentagastrin (G-5) on interleukin-1B(IL-lB) inhibited insulin secretion in culturednewborn rat islet B-cells were observed. The results showed that IL-lB dose-dependently inhibitedboth glucose-stimulated and basal insulin secretion . The inhibitory effect of IL-1B was antagonizedwhen G-5 was given togather with IL-lB simultaneously. Glucose-stimulated insulin secretion of G-5 treated groups were significantly higher than those treated with IL-1B alone . In IL-1B treated islets ,adminstration of G-5 partially reversed the inhibition of insulin secretion in a dose and time dependentmanner.The results indicate that G-5 might have a protective effect against the toxicity of IL-lB onisolated islet B-cells .
