摘要
通过挤出方法制备了尼龙6(PA6)超/高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)复合材料,考察了复合材料摩擦学性能和力学性能。用光学显微镜观察分析了复合材料磨损表面形貌。结果表明:复合材料摩擦性能较纯尼龙有一定的提高,当UHMWPE含量为5%和10%时,复合材料耐磨减摩性较好。但随着UHM-WPE含量的增加,复合材料的硬度、拉伸强度、伸长率有所下降。
Nylon6/UHMWPE composites were prepared by extrusion - injection modeling method. The tribological performances and mechanical properties of this composite materials were studied. The rub test used two different loadings, 50N and 15ON. The analysed wear surface were studied making use of optical microscope. The results showed that, tribological performances had been improved to some degreescomparing with nylon6, 5% and 10% UHMWPE are better than others. According to final friction coefficient, abrasion loss and worn -out surface feature, the 10% UHMWPE composites are the best wear resistant when the loading is 50N; the 5% UHMWPE composites are the best wear resistant when the loading is 150N. But with the increase of UHMWPE, the hardness, tensile strength and elongation rate of the composites are decreased.
