摘要
采用共混改性手段制备尼龙66/石墨共混物,测定了其摩擦磨损性能及力学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察和分析材料磨损表面形貌。结果表明:当石墨含量分别在8%,3%,10%时,石墨/尼龙66共混材料的耐磨性能、拉伸性能和冲击性能最好。
The PA66/graphite composite was made by blending. The wear resistance and the mechanical properties of the PA66/graphite composite were researched. It was showed that the wear resistance, the tension strength and the shock strength of the PA66/graphite composite is the best when the content of the PA66/graphite is 8%, 3% and 10%. The contrast between PA66 and the PA66/graphite was also researched through SEM.
