摘要
近年来,聚酰胺6(PA6)摩擦学改性取得了很大进展,通过介绍PA6摩擦学改性方法包括树脂共混、无机粒子填充、纤维增强、固体润滑剂改性、混杂改性等几个方面,综述了其对PA6摩擦学行为的影响,并分析了摩擦磨损机理,指出了如何提高界面相容性、如何充分发挥混杂填料的协同作用是PA6摩擦学改性尚需进一步研究的问题。
In recent years,great progresses have been made in tribological modification of polyamide 6. The modified methods and related wear mechanism were reviewed from the aspects in resin blending, inorganic particles filling, fiber reinforcing,solid lubricant modifing and hybrid reinforcing. And it was also pointed out the issues that ned to be in depth researched on improving tribological properties of PA6 composites; those were how to improve the solubility between the polymer matrix and the fillers,and how to give full play to the synergistic effect of hybrid fillers in improving the tribological properties of polyamide 6.
