摘要
研究了壳寡糖的定性检测和其平均聚合度的分光光度法测定。壳寡糖的最佳水解条件为:水解时间2.5 h,料酸比为1∶4,盐酸浓度为6 mol/L。研究的壳寡糖平均聚合度的分光光度法测定,经凝胶渗透色谱验证,能较为准确地判断壳寡糖的平均聚合度。
Research on the qualitative detection of chitosan and the spectrophotometry for the average polymerization rate of chitosan.The best condition to hydrolyze the chitosan is: the reaction time is 2.5 h,acid-material ratio is 1∶4,the concentration of HCl is 6 mol/L.Established the spectrophotometry for the average polymerization rate of chitosan,use GPC to check the result,receive a satisfactory outcome.
