摘要
目的了解医院呼吸内科病房患者感染铜绿假单胞菌耐药谱的变化,指导呼吸内科合理用药。方法收集2007年1月-2008年12月呼吸内科送检的感染患者标本,分离铜绿假单胞菌,分析各类标本分离的铜绿假单胞菌构成比;采用MicroScan NC31、NC33鉴定药敏复合板进行鉴定和药敏试验,按美国临床实验室标准化研究所标准对常用的25种抗菌药物进行耐药性分析。结果共分离出196株铜绿假单胞菌,主要来源于痰液,占96.4%,铜绿假单胞菌对加替沙星较敏感,敏感率为100.0%;对头孢噻肟、头孢曲松的敏感率在10.0%~15.0%;对头孢他啶等其他11种药物的敏感率在60.0%~85.0%;14种抗菌药物中4种抗菌药物敏感率下降9种抗菌敏感率略有上升,加替沙星尚未出现耐药现象。结论医院呼吸内科铜绿假单胞菌耐药情况控制较好,临床应继续根据药敏结果合理使用抗菌药物。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the change of resistance spectrum of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in infectious patients in Respiratory Medicine Ward,and to instruct the physician to administer drugs reasonably.METHODS P.aeruginosa strains from Respiratory Medicine Ward were collected during the last two years.The constituent ratio and the resistance status of the P.aeruginosa strains were analyzed.MicroScan NC31,NC33 composite board were used to the identification and drug sensitive test,the resistance spectrum of P.aeruginosa to 8 common antibacterials were analyzed according to CLSI.RESULTS A total of 196 strains of P.aeruginosa were mainly isolated from sputum（about 96.4%）.The sensitive rate of PAE to gatifloxacin was 100.0%,to cefotaxime,ceftriaxone were only about 10.0%-15.0%,and to the other 11 kinds were between 60.0%-85.0%.The sensitive rates of PAE to 4 kinds of antibiotics were in a slightly downtrend.The sensitive rates of P.aeruginosa to 9 kinds of antibiotics were in a slightly uptrend.And the gatifloxacin resistance phenomenon has not appeared yet.CONCLUSION Drug-resistance status of P.aeruginosa is controlled well in hospital.Clinician should continuously use antibiotics rationally according to the results of drug sensitive test.
