摘要
基于风电制动器钳体的结构,建立制动钳的有限元仿真模型,分析在制动器的低频抖动频率范围内,钳体宽度、厚度和密度对制动钳振动的影响。在此基础上,探讨了钳体的宽度、厚度对制动钳结构稳定性的交叉影响。仿真结果表明,一定范围内改变钳体的宽度和厚度可以改善制动器的结构稳定性。
Finite element simulation model is established for the brake caliper based on the caliper structure of the wind power brake, and then analysis is performed to the influence of the width, tbickness and density of the caliper body on the vibration of brake caliper within the low jitter frequency range of the brakes, based on which the cross impact of the width and thickness of the caliper body on the structural stability of the brake caliper is discussed. The simulation results show that changing the width and thickness of the caliper body within a certain range can improve the structural stability of the brake.
