摘要
介绍了风电机组偏航制动系统的工作原理,对偏航制动器螺栓断裂原因及危害进行了分析。针对目前风电机组偏航制动器断裂螺栓取出难度大的问题,设计了风电机组偏航制动器断裂螺栓取出器,通过断裂螺栓取出器台钻和断裂螺栓中心定位器配合使用,能够有效解决断裂螺栓取出困难的问题。将断裂螺栓取出器在内蒙古恒润新能源有限责任公司恒润风电场进行了现场应用,效果良好。
The working principle of the yaw brake system is introduced,and the reason for bolt breaking of the wind turbine is analyzed in this paper.Because it is difficult to take out the broken bolt in the yaw brake of the existing wind turbine,a kind of bolt extractor for the broken bolt in the yaw brake of the wind turbine is designed.It is effective to solve the problem of bolt breaking using the bench drill of the broken bolt extractor and the center positioner of the broken bolt.The extractor has been applied in Hengrun Wind Farm with good effect.
