摘要
在研究了四种阴离子交换树脂对糖液脱色作用的基础上,选择脱色容量最大、脱色效果最好的D201树脂为原料,采用化学转化法对其进行磁化处理.并研究了磁化前后的阴离子交换树脂对糖液的脱色效果,结果表明,磁性树脂同样具有较强的脱色能力,适合于粘稠物系的脱色分离.
Decolorization of sugar solution was studied by four anion exchange resins. The D201 resin was proved to be the most effective for the decolorization of sugar solution. It was proceeded by chemical transformation and become magnetic anion exchange resin. Then the decolorization efficacy of both the D201 resin and the magnetic anion exchange resin was studied. The results indicated that the magnetic resin has the same decolorization capability as the D201, and this magnetic resin can be used for the viscosical system.
