摘要 甜叶菊[stevia rebaudiana(bertoni)bertoni]原产南美巴拉圭高原南纬2526度之间的常绿小灌木;甜叶菊叶片的提取物含有8种甜叶菊糖苷;它们是一类四环二萜类衍生物,其中Rebaudioside A,stevi-oside分别是10%蔗糖溶液甜度的300倍和450倍,而且具有低发热量,对龋齿、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖症具有一定治疗作用,也适于苯丙酮尿症患者食用,所以一直受人们的关注。本文综述了甜叶菊糖苷在应用方面及其安全性的研究进展。 Stevia rebaudiana (bertoni) bertoni is native to the valley of the Rio Monday in highlands of Paraguay, between 25 and 26 degrees south latitude. There are 8 kinds of steviol glycosides in leaves of the herb. Stevioside was between 110 and 270 times sweeter than sucrose, rebaudioside A between 150 and 320, and rebaudioside C between 40 and 60. Dulcoside A was 30 times sweeter than sucrose. Stand RA are both non-cariogenic. A great deal of information is related treatment of some diseases by steviol glycosides. Its biological synthesis, safety, usage, chemical and agricultural properties are reviewed in the paper.
