摘要
研究了单酯法合成三氯蔗糖方法,采用蔗糖与原乙酸三乙酯的反应保护蔗糖6-位羟基,亚硫酰氯/吡啶选择性氯化制备三氯蔗糖。蔗糖6-乙酸酯的最佳氯化条件:蔗糖6-乙酸酯浆状物20g,吡啶22mL,亚硫酰氯20mL,反应介质1,2-二氯乙烷,回流时间10h。其氯化产物采用甲醇-甲醇钠水解脱去6-位羟基得到三氯蔗糖。
Having studied the method of synthesis of 4, 1′ ,6′ -trichloro-4, 1′ ,6′ -trideoxyalactosucrose by using monoesterification , we used the reaction of sucrose with triethyl orthoacetate to protect the 6-position hydroxyl group in sucrose. Sucralose was prepared by chlorinated sucrose 6-acetate with thionyl chloride/pyridine. The optimum chlorination condition: sucrose 6-acetate syrup (20 g),Thionyl chloride (20 mL) pyrenyl (22 mL),1,2-dichloroethane as reaction mediums and refluxed time was 10 hours. Thechlorinated product was hydrolyzed with methanol-sodium methoxide to deacetylation.
