摘要
毛细管柱气相色谱和自动顶空进样系统联用,建立了同时测定食品包装中残留1,1-二氯乙烷和1,2-二氯乙烷的检测方法。对平衡温度、平衡时间和加压压力等顶空条件以及气相色谱条件进行了优化。回收率实验表明,该方法具有较好的灵敏度和准确度;同时方法操作简便、自动化程度高、结果重现性好,适用于食品包装中的微量1,1-二氯乙烷和1,2-二氯乙烷的同时测定。
A method was developed for simultaneous determination of 1, 1-dichloroethlene and 1, 2-dichloroethlene in food package by headspace gas chromatography. The experimental conditions of headspace and GC were optimized. The results indicated that the linearity of 1, 1-dichloroethlene and 1, 2-dichloroethlene were within the range of 1 ~ 100 μg and their limits of detection were both 0.2 mg/kg. The mean recoveries were 97.6% and 97.7% respectively and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1~ and 0. 5% respectively. The modified method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible and is suitable for simultaneous determination of 1, 1-diehloroethlene and 1, 2-diehloroethlene in food 4package.
