The Expression and Correlation of bFGF in Non-smal1 Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其与非小细胞肺癌的病理分化程度、手术-病理分期、淋巴结转移的相关性,探讨bFGF在非小细胞肺癌的发生、浸润及转移过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测原发性非小细胞肺癌石蜡包埋组织80例、正常肺组织40例中bFGF蛋白的表达水平。结果非小细胞肺癌组bFGF阳性率均高于正常肺组织组(P=0.000)。非小细胞肺癌组TNM分期中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期和Ⅲ-Ⅳ期bFGF的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);低分化癌的bFGF的阳性率与高、中分化癌相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);淋巴结转移组bFGF的表达与无淋巴结转移组相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论 bFGF可能参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生和演进的过程;bFGF蛋白检测可能成为判断非小细胞肺癌发生发展和评价预后的有效参考指标之一,对于非小细胞肺癌的早期预测可能具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the expressive significance of bFGF in non-smal1 cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and explore the correlation between the expression and tumor differentiation,staging or lymph node metastasis,and to elucidate the role of bFGF in tumor occurrence,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.Methods The expression of bFGF in 80 cases of NSCLC and 40 cases of normal lung tissue was detected immunohistochemically by SP method.Results The positive rate of bFGF was higher in NSCLC group than that in normal lung tissue(P=0.000).In NSCLC,the expression of bFGF in staging Ⅲ-Ⅳ group was significantly different from the stagingⅠ-Ⅱgroup(P=0.000).The expression of bFGF in G3 group of NSCLC was also significantly different from G1-G2 group(P=0.013).The expression of bFGF in group with Lymph node metastasis was also significantly different from that in group without Lymph node metastasis(P=0.000).Conclusion The results indicate that bFGF may participate in the process of occurrance and progression in NSCLC.Detection of bFGF may be a effective parameter in evaluate occurrence,progression and prognosis of NSCLC,and may also have important clinical significance in early prediction of NSCLC.
