摘要
垂体瘤转化基因(PTTG)是新近发现的癌基因,它在多种肿瘤和肿瘤细胞系中高表达,在少数的正常组织中低表达。本文总结其在包括食管癌、胃癌、胆囊癌、肝癌、结肠癌等消化道肿瘤中的研究。
Pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG) is a novel oncogene.It is high level expressed in varieties of tumor tissues and cell lines,and low level expressed in some normal tissues.This article summarize the studies of digest system tumor including esophageal cancer,stomach cancer,gallbladder cancer, liver cancer,colorectal tumor,et al.
