摘要
介绍和探寻了国内外科技期刊的起源和发展。中国最早的科技期刊产生时间比世界上最早的科技期刊晚137年。中国科技期刊在国际科技期刊中的地位不断提高,但总的影响力不大,被国际权威检索系统收录的不多。因此,应努力办出自己的先进文化特色,争创国家品牌和国际品牌,不断做大做强期刊产业,赢得更大的生存和发展空间。
The origin and development of scientific journals in China and foreign countries were introduced. The emergence of the earliest scientific journal in China was 137 years later than that in the world. The position of scientific journals in China is increasing, but their general influence is rather low with only a small number covered in the international authoritative retrieval systems. It is, therefore, necessary for China to strive for her own national and international brand scientific journals with the advanced cultural characteristics of China and strengthen the journal industry in order to gain a greater space for their survival and development.
