摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARs)属于Ⅱ型核激素受体超家族,是一类配体依赖的核转录因子,PPAR-γ是PPARs三种异构体之一。PGC-1是PPAR-γ的协同刺激因子,PGC-1通过与核受体作用调节目的基因的表达。 Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors(PPARs)-a kind of ligand-activated transcription factor are members of the typeⅡ nuclear hormone receptor superfamily.PPAR-γ is one of the three isomers of PPARs.While PGC-1 is the cooperation stimulating factor of PPAR-γ.It regulates the expression of target genes through interaction with nuclear receptor.
