摘要
以海泡石粘土为载体,制备了盐酸二甲双胍-海泡石复合物,研究了水溶液中盐酸二甲双胍在海泡石上的吸附特性,探讨了该复合物的体外释放性能.海泡石对盐酸二甲双胍的吸附行为很好地服从Langmuir吸附等温方程.复合物的粉末X射线衍射和傅立叶变换红外光谱结果表明,盐酸二甲双胍存在于所制备的样品中;海泡石吸附盐酸二甲双胍前后的基本结构未发生变化,吸附后海泡石的(001)晶面间距略有增加.该复合物中盐酸二甲双胍的24h累积释放率约为94%.
A metformin hydrochloride-sepiolite composite was successfully synthesized using sepiolite as the carrier. The adsorption of metformin hydrochloride in sepiolite aqueous solution system was studied,and the in vitro release property of metformin hydrochloride in the composite was researched as well. The adsorption of metformin hydrochloride over sepiolite follows Langmuir adsorption equation. The composites were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the structure of sepiolite before and after the adsorption was stable,the (001) plane sepiolite slightly increased after the adsorption,and metformin hydrochloride existed in the composite. The accumulated release of metformin hydrochloride in the as-prepared composite in 24 h was about 94%.
