摘要
以盐酸二甲双胍为模型药物,以羟丙甲基纤维素及乙基纤维素为缓释骨架材料,制备相对刚性骨架缓释片。羟丙甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、乳糖用量是影响缓释效果的主要因素。
Sustained-release Tablets is prepared using metformin hydrochloride as model drug, soluble HPMC and insoluble ethytcellulose as sustained material. The results showed that phamarcokinetic characteristics was very similar between Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and GLUCOPHAGE XR. Two formulations were bioequivalent.
