摘要
目的优选安乳颗粒中丹参的提取工艺。方法以丹参酮ⅡA的含量为考察指标,应用L9(34)正交试验法考察乙醇浓度、液料比、提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果影响因素依次是:乙醇浓度(A)>液料比(B)>提取时间(C),最佳制备工艺为A2B2C2,即加8倍量80%乙醇,加热回流提取2次,每次1.5h。结论该优选制备工艺合理,有效成分提出率高。
Objective To optimize the extracting procedure of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Anru keli.Methods TanshioneⅡA as a detective target,the optimum extracting conditions were studied by the orthogonal test of L9(34).The experiment was involved three factors: alcohol concentration(A),liquid-solid ratio(B),extracting time(C).Results The influencing effect of factors was as follows ABC.The optimizing preparation conditions were A2B2C2,that was 8 times 80% alcohol was added,and extracted 1.5h for two times.Conclusion The optimum preparation procedure is reliable and the extracting rate of active component is high.
