摘要
目的 探讨计划免疫工作质量的综合评价方法 ,为同类研究提供方法学借鉴。方法 选择可能影响计划免疫工作的条件指标、衡量计划免疫质量的工作指标和反映计划免疫效果的效益指标三大类 ,应用加权秩和比法进行全面评价。结果 2 0 0 1年某省 2 3个市县计划免疫工作经评价可分为较好、一般、较差、差四个等级。结论 加权秩和比法能够全面、科学、客观地评价计划免疫工作 。
Objective To explore an integrative evaluating method on immunization program and to provide a methodological reference for analogous study.Method Selected three kinds of indicators that conditional indicator which possible to impact the EPI,work-indicator which measure the quality of EPI and effect-indicator which reflect the benefit from EPI.Apply weighted rank sum ratio to evaluate immunizaˉtion program in2001across-the-board.Results The23counties were separated into4degrees,better,medium,worse and worst by evaluˉating implementation of immunization program.Conclusion The weighted rank sum ratio is worth popularizing for it can evaluate immunization program scientifically and objectively.
