摘要
目的:建立共沉淀测定尿中铅、镉、锰的火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)。方法:尿液经HNO3-H2O2消化处理,Mg(OH)2沉淀富集后,用FAAS测定铅镉锰含量。结果:标准曲线线性良好(r〉0.999),样品测定中,铅镉锰的相对标准偏差分别为1.7%-6.5%、2.7%-4.1%、2.4%-6.0%,回收率分别为96.5%-102.0%、93.4%-98.2%和90.0%-98.6%。尿液中共存离子无干扰。结论:此方法可以用于尿中铅镉锰元素的测定,具有简便易行、灵敏度高的特点。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Pb,Cd and Mn in urine by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).Methods:After digestion of urine with HNO3-H2O2 and co-precipitation with Mg(OH)2,the target elements were determined by FAAS.Results: The linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves were greater than 0.999.The relative standard deviations for determination of samples were found in the ranges of 1.7%-6.5%,2.7%-4.1% and 2.4%-6.0% and the recoveries were in the ranges of 96.5%-102.0%,93.4%-98.2% and 90.0%-98.6% for lead,cadmium and manganese,respectively.No interferences were observed from coexistent substances in urine.Conclusion: This method can be used for lead,cadmium and manganese measurement in urine,which is simple and easy to operate with high sensitivity.
