摘要
目的:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定尿中锰的方法。方法:加入二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸钠DBDC-Cu(Ⅱ)共沉淀分离富集尿中锰,沉淀用1 ml浓硝酸溶解,并定容至25 ml,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:工作曲线线性范围为0-10μg/25 ml;方法的检测限为0.46μg/L;样品测定的相对标准偏差为2.7%-5.4%;标准加入回收率为94%-99%;尿液中共存物质不干扰测定。结论:方法快速简便,结果满意。
Objective:To establish a FAAS method for the determination of manganese in urine. Methods:The procedure was based on coprecipitation of manganese in urine by the aid of Cu(Ⅱ) - dibenzyldithiocarbamate precipitate. The precipitate was dissolved in 1 ml of concentrated HNO3, and made up to 25 ml with distilled water. The manganese were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometer. Results:The calibration was linear in the range of 0 - 10 ug/25 ml. The detection limits was 0. 46ug/L. The relative standard deviation for determination of samples was found in the range of 2.7% - 5.4%. The standard addition recovery of manganese was 94% - 99%. No interference was observed from coexistent substances in urine. Conclusion :The method is rapid, simple and satisfied with determination manganese in urine.
