摘要
实验教学在高职医学检验技术专业教学中起着举足轻重的作用,是培养应用型检验技术人才的关键环节。该文从转变教学理念促进教学改革、加强实验教学队伍建设、整合和优化实验教学内容、改革实验教学方法、建立完善的实验考核体系、加强实习管理等方面,分析说明实验教学改革创新在高职医学检验技术专业人才培养中的重要性。
Experiment teaching in higher vocational medical inspection technology specialty teaching plays an important role, is to train technicians applied testing the key link. From the transformation of teaching ideas for educational reform, strengthen the laboratory teaching staff, integration and optimization of experimental teaching contents and teaching methods, establish a sound experimental evaluation system, strengthening of practical management, analysis of experimental teaching in medical laboratory technology vocational professional training in importance.
