摘要
传统的机械设计实践教学体系受到教学理念和实践手段等因素的制约,不利于学生创新能力的培养,因此重构机械设计实践教学体系迫在眉睫。本文讨论了重构机械设计实践教学体系的若干关键问题,分析了体系重构对学生创新能力培养的影响。其创新点在于:在理论教学环节增设三维上机实验内容,强化学生三维设计能力的培养,有机地串接课内实验、课程设计和课外竞赛等实践环节,重构全程体认式机械设计实践教学体系。实践表明,重构后的实践教学体系能把机械设计实践与社会需求、学科竞赛相结合,拓宽机械设计实践选题,推动三维软件在机械设计实践中的应用,深化学生理论联系实际的能力,提升学生的创新实践能力,加快机械设计一流课程的建设。
Due to the limitation of teaching thoughts and practice means used by the traditional mechanical design practice teaching system,it is not advantage to the cultivation of innovation ability of students.Therefore,it is urgent to reconstruct the mechanical design practice teaching system.Several critical issues are discussed for the reconstruction of mechanical design practice teaching system.The effect of system reconstruction on the cultivation of innovation ability of students is analyzed.The innovation philosophy is that the mechanical design practice teaching system is constructed under the thoughts of thorough cognition of mechanical design.It is completed by adding a computer aided design item.This item emphasizes on the ability cultivation of threedimension design for students.It is useful to break the obstacle among the practice in class,course design and discipline competition out of class.Results indicate that the reconstruction of practice teaching system combined the mechanical design practice with the social requirements and the discipline competition.The issues selection of mechanical design is broadened.The application of three dimension soft in the mechanical design is pushed.The ability of putting the theory into action is deepened.The innovation practice ability of the students is improved.And the construction of the first-class course of mechanical design is accelerated.
