摘要
实践教学是医学检验技术专业教学的重要组成部分,传统实践教学由于受实验室仪器设备的限制,学生实训机会少,教师指导的针对性不强。模拟检验中心教学平台的建立打破了实践教学的瓶颈,既有利于提高新教师和学生的临床实践能力,开创理论—实践—理论的良性循环;又有利于学生从课堂走向临床,同时还能培养学生的团队协作精神,提高职业技能,为培养高素质技能型实用人才打下基础。
Practical teaching is an important part of medical inspection technology major teaching.Due to the limitation of laboratory equipment in traditional practical teaching,students have few practical training opportunities and the teachers’guidance is short of pertinence.The establishment of the teaching platform of the simulation inspection center breaks the bottleneck of practical teaching,which is conducive to improving the clinical practice ability of new teachers and students and creating a virtuous cycle of theory-practice-theory;It is also helpful for students to move from the classroom to clinic.And at the same time,it can cultivate the cooperative spirit of teamwork,improve professional skills,and lay a foundation for training practical talents with high quality and high skills.
