摘要
在城市化加速推进的今天,城市发展面临诸多问题,城市特色文化建设越来越受到人们的关注。城市特色文化建设,对提升广大居民的精神生活、展示城市风貌、提高城市品位、支撑城市发展具有越来越重要的作用。针对特色文化建设中出现的西方文化侵蚀、传统地域文化消失和特色文化建设的浮躁浅薄现象,必须澄清其理论困惑和实践误区。调整完善城市特色文化定位,抓好特色文化的挖掘和认知、保持和维护、继承和弘扬、重塑和营造,沿着正确的路径向前推进。辩证对待继承与创新、外来文化与本土文化、经济发展与文化支撑、政府主导与市民参与的关系,为特色文化建设创造良好的环境和条件。
In today＇s accelerating urbanization, urban development is faced with many problems; city identity and culture are paid more and more attention. The features of city culture, in the aspect of enhancing the spiritual life of the residents, showing city scenes to improve urban quality, and supporting urban development, are playing an increasingly important role. Because of the western cultural erosion in the construction of featuring culture, the disappearance of traditional local culture and the superficial cultural phenomenon, we should classify the theoretical confusion and practical dissection errors. We should adjust the sound characteristics and culture of the city location, do a good job of digging and cognitive characteristics of culture, preserve and maintain, inherit and carry forward, and remodel and build, along the correct path. We should have dialectical treatment of the inheritance and innovation, foreign culture and local culture, economic development and cultural support, and public participation in government-led relationship, to build a good environment and conditions for the featuring culture.
