摘要
宜居城市品质源自城市特色文化培育,城市特色文化培育以彰显城市宜居性为旨趣。丰富历史文化资源,体现湖州城市文化主要特色,打造宜居之城的过程就是湖州历史文化保护传承和开发利用的过程,也是当前湖州争创国家历史文化名城的实践过程。湖州应当将历史文化作为其城市特色文化来定位与培植,将宜居城市发展理念充分融入湖州历史文化开发当中,亦可作为当前湖州争创国家历史文化名城的路径之选:凸显城市"宜住"品质,在彰显古城魅力中传承历史文脉;凸显城市"宜业"品质,在发展文化产业中创新历史文化;凸显城市"宜学"品质,在提升城市品味中挖掘历史文化;凸显城市的"宜游"品质,在吸纳山水文化中发展历史文化。
The quality of a livable city comes from the characteristic culture of a city, and the purport of cultivating a characteristic culture of a city can enhance the city＇s livability. Rich historical and cultural resources reflect Huzhou^s main cultural characteristics, and the process of creating a livable city is just the process of protecting, passing, exploiting and making use of Huzhou＇s historical culture. It is also the practice process of striving for a national famous historical and cultural city. We should cultivate the historical culture as Huzhou^s characteristic culture, and integrate the development concept of a livable city with the exploitation of its historical culture, and regard it as the path of striving for a national fa- mous historical and cultural city. So the path is displaying the charm of the ancient city to highlight a city of ＂living suitably＂, developing the cultural industry to highlight the quality of ＂working suitably＂, promoting the city grade to highlight the quality of ＂learning suitably＂, and absorbing the landscape cul- ture to highlight the quality of ＂traveling suitably＇.
