摘要
实施积极的文化战略,已成为提升城市形象、增强城市竞争力、促进城市可持续发展的必然选择。从城市经营主体、城市经营客体和城市经营目标3个方面阐述了城市经营的内涵,界定了城市文化的构成,指出城市文化是城市经营和城市竞争力的核心所在。最后,针对我国城市经营中普遍存在的文化缺失问题,提出若干文化重构的对策和建议。
The cultural strategy is essential to promote urban image, improve urban competitiveness and sustainable development. This paper analyzes the concept of urban management, defines the content and structure of urban culture, and then shows the idea that urban culture will be the core of the urban management as well as the urban competitiveness. Finally, according to the cultural imperfection of urban management in our country, this paper puts forward some and suggestions for culture reconstruction.
