摘要
目的:探讨自助式心理辅导对大学生自我肯定水平的影响。方法:采用实验组、对照组和控制组前后测设计,实验组和对照组均接受自助式团体心理辅导,运用GHQ-自我肯定量表和个人评价问卷为评估工具,对测量数据进行配对样本t检验和单因素方差分析。结果:自助式团体心理干预对大学生自我肯定水平和个人评价的"社会相互作用"、"与人交谈"、"总体自信水平"和"心境状态"因子均有积极作用(P<0.05),而对"学业表现"、"外表"、"爱情关系"和"体育运动"因子没有效果。结论:自助式心理辅导对大学生自我肯定水平产生了积极影响,干预结束后定期开展成员联谊活动有利于增强团体辅导效果的持续性和迁移运用。
Objective:Explore the buffet psychological guidance on the impact of sense of adequacy of college students.Methods:The experimental group and control group and control group post test design were used,the experimental group and control group both received buffet psychological guidance.GHQ-sense of adequacy and Personal Evaluation Inventory were used for psychological measurement tools,measurement data,paired sample t test and single factor analysis of variance.Results:Buffet psychological guidance on college students' sense of adequacy and personal evaluation of the level of "social interaction","talking to someone","the overall self-confidence level" and the "state of mind" factors had positive effect(P0.05),while had no effect on the factors "academic performance","appearance","love relationship" and "sport".Conclusion:Buffet psychological guidance to sense of adequacy had positive impact,the members regularly carry out recreational activities are conducive to enhancing the sustainability effects of group counseling and intervention effects of migration.
