摘要
研究了不同消毒方式和不同基础培养基对黄芪种子试管内萌发的影响。结果表明:黄芪种子最佳的消毒方式是75%酒精30s+0.1%HgCl25min;黄芪种子萌发的最佳基础培养基是1/4MS。
The effect of different disinfection methods and different basic medium on germination in the test tube of Astragalus membranaceus（Fisch.）Bge.seeds was studied.The results showed that the best sterilization method of Astragalus membranaceus（Fisch.）Bge.seeds was 75% alcohol 30 s＋0.1%HgCl2 5 min.The best medium of Astragalus membranaceus（Fisch.）Bge.seed germination in the test tube was 1/4MS.
