摘要
通过检索并整理手机短信在医疗卫生服务中应用的文献,系统介绍了手机短信在医疗卫生服务的特点及其在国内外应用的情况。手机短信服务具有广覆盖性、便捷性、价廉性、及时性的特点,在医疗卫生服务中应用广泛。国外手机短信服务主要用于慢性疾病的管理、肥胖患者的体重控制、艾滋防治、戒烟运动等。国内目前还没有利用手机短信进行某一疾病干预的随机对照研究。要加强相关方面的研究,开展手机短信服务。
This article systematically introduced the characters of SMS,and its application in the medical care at home and abroad by searching relevant literature. SMS has the advantage of convenience,inexpensiveness,real-time,and it has been widely used in the healthcare. SMS had been mainly used in the chronic disease management,anti-obesity behavior modification,AIDS prevention and smoking cessation. There was no RCTs about using SMS in certain diseases in China. Therefore,we should strengthen related research and develop the use of SMS in healthcare.
