摘要
慢性疾病管理已经在我国各级医院广泛地开展起来,并被作为长期开展的重点项目。而对患者进行慢性疾病管理就需要对患者进行疾病方面的健康教育,故对慢病患者实施健康教育是此工作中的重点。本研究对现今国内常见慢性疾病管理中健康教育应用进展情况进行综述,以期对健康教育的开展起到辅助作用。
In our country, chronic disease management has been widely launch hospitals at all levels, and as long- term development key project. Chronic disease management need to the disease health education for patients, the dis- ease health education for patients is key. The paper on the current domestic common chronic disease management in health education application progress is summarized in this paper, the health education development plays a supple- mentary role.
