摘要
铸铝 -碳钢电偶腐蚀是工业水系统常见的腐蚀类型 .通过电偶腐蚀、腐蚀失重、扫描电镜 (SEM)、俄歇电子能谱 (AES)等表面分析技术 ,结合自腐蚀电位和极化曲线测量 ,研究铸铝 -碳钢电偶在水中的腐蚀及有机膦羧酸PBTCA对它们的缓蚀作用 .PBTCA对铸铝是一种阴极型缓蚀剂 ,能有效防止铸铝的点蚀 ,与硼酸盐结合使用能较好地抑制铸铝 -碳钢的电偶腐蚀 .
The galvanic corrosion of cast aluminum carbon steel in industrial water system is a typical corrosion. The corrosive mechanism of cast aluminum carbon steel and inhibition of PBTCA in tab water were studied by means of galvanic corrosion, static weight loss method, static anti scaling experiment and modern surface analysis techniques such as SEM and AES, together with corrosion potential and polarization curve measurements. PBTCA is a cathode inhibitor which does well in inhibiting the pit erosion of cast aluminum, and combining with borate (Na 2B 4O 7), has good anti corrosive effect on cast aluminum carbon steel galvanic corrosion.
