摘要
通过L9（34）正交试验确定产脱毛蛋白酶菌株Bacillus pumilus UN-31-C-42的最佳产酶条件为：温度34℃,pH值7.0,发酵时间48h;结果表明该菌株对藏系羊蹄具有良好的脱毛效果,最佳脱毛时间为24h。
The conditions of protease fermentation of the wild type strain Bacillus pumilus UN-31-C-42 were studied by the normal cross test of L9（34）.The results indicated that the optimal condition for protease production was grown at 34℃ for 48h and pH 7.0.This culture solution showed a strong unhairing activity at 24h.
