摘要
为合理度量武器装备研制的技术风险,提出一种对技术成熟度等级进行评估的具体方法。该方法利用熵权理论思想,结合技术成熟度等级划分的特点,对技术成熟度在装备研制中的应用进行了细化,有效地解决了武器装备研制中的技术风险评估问题。案例分析表明,该方法具有较大的应用价值。
In order to reasonably measure the technology risk in weapon system development,a new method of particularly evaluating the technology readiness level （TRL） was put forward.The method,according to the ideology of entropy weight theory,utilized the characteristics of classifying TRL.It made TRL more accurate,and so solved the problem of technology risk evaluation on weapon system development effectively.Case study illustrated the application value of the method.
