摘要 针对非常规突发事件的应急决策表现出的复杂性问题,提出了一种基于信息熵的复杂性测度评估决策模型。在已经制定的决策方案和评估体系中,能有效地选择最佳决策。实验分析表明,运用这种复杂性测度的方法可以优选现有决策方案。 Unconventional emergency is a typical complex system which has characteristics of diversity, randomness, suddeness and disorder. According to the complexity of emergency decision - making of unconventional emergency, a model of evaluation and decision - making for complexity measurement based on information entropy was proposed. It can effectively choose the best decision in the decision - making and evaluation system. Experiments show that the method of complexity measurement can help select the better solution.
