摘要
本文从民用航空电子项目的基本特征出发,研究并分析了该领域项目管理十大知识领域和商业模式九大架构之间的相互关系,并结合民用航电项目管理实践,阐述了由商业模式驱动的优秀项目管理方法如何能助推企业收获商业成功。
Based on the general characters of civil avionics programs, the interrelationship between ten knowledge areas of program management and nine structural blocks of business models is analyzed. With practice of civil avionics programs, it is described that promoting enterprise success with excellent business model driven program management method is possible.
