摘要
通过优化实验方法研究了乙酰化己二酸交联玉米淀粉的制备方法。通过测定乙酰基取代度和交联度,分析了各因素对淀粉性质的影响。得出了最佳的工艺条件:淀粉100 g,混合酸酐8 g,pH值控制在9左右,温度在35℃,反应时间为1 h。
The preparation method of acetylated adipic cross-linking corn starch was studied by optimized experiments. The influence on starch properties of various factors was analyzed by measuring acetyl group substitution degree and cross-linking degree. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: starch 100 g,mixed anhydride 8 g,pH value around 9, temperature 35℃ ,reaction time 1 h.
