摘要
采用己二酸与醋酸混合酸酐对糯玉米淀粉进行双重变性制备乙酰化己二酸双淀粉。通过单因素试验,研究了试剂用量、pH值、反应时间、反应温度对沉降积和乙酰基含量的影响。采用正交实验设计确定最佳制备工艺条件为:pH值8,反应时间1h,反应温度40℃,试剂用量为淀粉质量的7%。
Acetylated distarch adipates was prepared by waxy corn starch with adipic acetic mixed anhydride. The effect of reagent dosage,pH, reaction time, reaction temperature on subsidence product and acetyl content were studied. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal design as follow: pH 8,reaction time 1 h,reaction temperature 40℃, reagent dosage 7%.
