摘要
采用自制小型机械活化装置对马铃薯淀粉进行机械活化处理2 h,再以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂、3-氯-2羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为阳离子醚化剂制备机械活化交联阳离子淀粉。研究机械活化对淀粉的糊透明度、凝沉性、冷水溶解率的影响,并考察溶液pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、Pb^+初始质量浓度对溶液中铅离子吸附性能的影响。结果表明,机械活化可使淀粉颗粒结晶结构受到破坏,结晶度降低,反应活性提高,并且活化后的交联阳离子淀粉对铅离子有很好的吸附作用。
The cross-linked cationic starch is prepared by native potato starch, and mechanically activated starch for 2 h, epichlorohydrin as cross-linked agent, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride cationic etherifying agent. The effect of mechanical activation on transparency starch paste, retrogradation ability, cold water solution rate is studied and the adsorption properties of cross-linked is studied with respect to the adsorption time of machanical activation, adsorption temperature, adsorption time, dosage of cross-linked agent and pH. The results show that mechanical activation can result in destroying of starch granule reducing the degree of crystallinity and the reactivity increase, and it have a good adsorption after activation.
