机械活化马铃薯淀粉制备交联阳离子淀粉及对铅离子的吸附性能研究

摘要 采用自制小型机械活化装置对马铃薯淀粉进行机械活化处理2 h,再以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂、3-氯-2羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为阳离子醚化剂制备机械活化交联阳离子淀粉。研究机械活化对淀粉的糊透明度、凝沉性、冷水溶解率的影响,并考察溶液pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、Pb^+初始质量浓度对溶液中铅离子吸附性能的影响。结果表明,机械活化可使淀粉颗粒结晶结构受到破坏,结晶度降低,反应活性提高,并且活化后的交联阳离子淀粉对铅离子有很好的吸附作用。 The cross-linked cationic starch is prepared by native potato starch, and mechanically activated starch for 2 h, epichlorohydrin as cross-linked agent, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride cationic etherifying agent. The effect of mechanical activation on transparency starch paste, retrogradation ability, cold water solution rate is studied and the adsorption properties of cross-linked is studied with respect to the adsorption time of machanical activation, adsorption temperature, adsorption time, dosage of cross-linked agent and pH. The results show that mechanical activation can result in destroying of starch granule reducing the degree of crystallinity and the reactivity increase, and it have a good adsorption after activation.
