摘要
结合独立学院师资队伍的实际情况,本文构建了独立学院教师绩效评价指标体系,采用AHP-FUZZY综合评价方法进行了相应地分析。最后结合国内某独立学院情况进行了实证研究。
Integrating with the situation of independent college, this article constructed independent college teacher performance evaluation system and made corresponding analysis by using AHP-FUZZY comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, it made an empirical research on a domestic independent college.
