摘要
高校干部的领导能力与执行能力是决定高等学校生存和发展的重要因素,提高高校干部的领导能力与执行力是加强高校领导人才队伍建设的重要内容。阐述了高校干部应该具备的领导能力和执行能力,提出了加强领导能力和执行能力建设的要求、方法和途径。
The leading ability and executing ability of leading carders in colleges and universities play a decisive role in developing the colleges and universities, So it is important to improve the leading ability and executing ability of leading carders in colleges and universities. This paper elaborates on the leading ability and executing ability that the leading carders of colleges and universities should command, and finally puts forward the requirements, ways and means to develop the carders＇ leading ability and executing ability.
