摘要
以城市燃气管道风险特性分析为基础,对存在许多不确定性因素的管道风险及风险评价现状作了简要分析。引入模糊层次分析法,运用其严格逻辑性和两两比较法原理,确定管道事故风险因素的权重,有效解决了评价过程中的因素权重确定难题。通过实例计算说明了模糊层次分析法在城市燃气管道风险评估上的适用性和可靠性,使半定量评价法更合理且易于工程应用。
Based on characteristic analysis of city gas pipeline risk assessment,briefly analyzed are pipeline risk assessment with many uncertainty factors and its current situations and introduced is fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Pipeline accident risk factor weight is determined by utilizing its strict logic and comparative test principle and the question of determining factor weight in assessment process has been resolved effectively.Calculation results obtained from an example show that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is serviceable and reliable in city gas pipeline risk assessment and makes semi-quantitative risk assessment method more reasonable and easy to engineering application.
