摘要
用水玻璃作为粘结剂制备了SiC颗粒混杂鳞片Gr预制型坯,并利用气压浸渗工艺成功制备了高达80vol%的高体积分数SiC/Gr/Al混杂复合材料。并对制备的复合材料进行显微组织观察和热膨胀性能分析。结果表明,在一定的配比下SiC与Gr分布均匀,组织良好;复合材料的热膨胀系数呈较明显的各向异性,沿石墨层方向可达7×10-6/K。
The preform of SiC particle mixed with graphite flakes was bonded by water glass and then the SiC/Gr/Al hybrid composite with high volume fraction(80%) was fabricated by pressure infiltration process.The microstructure and thermal expansion property of the composite were observed and analyzed.The results show that,SiC particles and graphite flakes uniformly distribute in a certain ratio;the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite shows apparent anisotropy,which can reach 7 × 10-6 /K along the plane.
