摘要
研究了响应曲面法超声辅助提取夏枯草中黄酮类化合物的工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,选择了乙醇体积分数、提取时间、液固比和提取温度四因素,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法,研究了各自变量交互作用及其对夏枯草黄酮提取率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。实验结果分析表明,夏枯草中黄酮类化合物的最佳超声提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数41%、提取时间30·5min、液固比30:1、提取温度79℃,黄酮类化合物提取的实测结果(3·62%)与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值(3·63%)符合良好。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of flavonoids from prunella vulgaris L.was studied.Based on the experiment of single factor,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable(extraction yield of flavonoids)and independent variables(ethanol concentration,extraction time,ratio of liquid to solid,extraction temperature)through Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology.The optimum extraction conditions were as follow:ethanol concentration of 41%,extracting time of 30.5min,the ratio of liquid to solid was 30:1,extracting temperature was 79℃.Under these conditions,the practical yield of flavonoids was 3.62%,which was consistent with the predicted yield of flavonoids of 3.63%.
